1st Reserve Champion and long applauded darling of the spectators at the Oldenburg Hengst Tage 2011: Quinzanos was a delight with his breathtaking gaits, ultra-modern looks and proved genes from the time-tested Feldgold line.

His sire Quaterback won the class for three-year old stallions at the 2006 Bundeschampionat and now wins dressage classes up to St. Georges. Nearly 50  sons have been licensed, including the Champion Stallion Quäntchen Glück (Southern German licensing in 2009) and Quatergold (Southern German licensing in 2010). The latter became the Vice Bundeschampion of three-year old stallions in 2011.

The dam’s sire Stedinger was an Oldenburg Champion Stallion and he has dozens of offspring that are successful in championships such as Schumacher, Santorini OLD Shira Mareen, Socrate de Hus, Toerveslettens Stamina and Lux Dressage Statesman OLD.

The granddam Feldquelle is a half-sister of the Grand Prix winner No Limit (by Noble Roi xx) ridden by Hubertus Schmidt and Sand Philipps/GBR. Quinzano‘s pedigree has valuable inbreeding components through Quantus (by Quattro B) in the third generation.

The great granddam Feldblume is a half-sister of the licensed stallions Blue River (Inter I) and Bacardi (both by Barsoi xx), the advanced (S) level dressage horse Noble Boy (by Nooble Roi xx) and of Verb.Pr./El.St. Feldira (by Barsoi xx) who is the dam of the licensed stallion Rachmaninoff (by Rubinstein) and also a Grand Prix horse named Rubinstar.

The Fringilla-Feldgold branch is also the origin of the licensed stallions Imparo (by Intervall; adv  anced (S) level show jumping), Weltissimo (by Welt Hit II; Grand Prix) and Largeur (by Landor S) as well as Ludger Beerbaum’s Gustav M (by Großglockner).

Dorothee Schneider has  taken over Quinzanos’ schooling.
